For support
Help articles that match the product your customers see.
Stale articles send customers the wrong way, and they're what your help desk's AI answers from. Stagewright checks articles against the product on every release and drafts the update.
Know which articles are wrong
Stagewright reads your Intercom, Zendesk or Productlane help center, works out which feature each article explains, and marks it: ▲ failing when that feature's walkthrough fails, ◐ stale when the UI changed after the article's last edit or it names a label no screen has any more, ● fresh when it was checked against a current walkthrough.

Updates arrive as drafts
When a change is approved, the article linked to that walkthrough is updated with the new steps and screenshots, as a draft in your help center by default. The video in it always plays the newest approved recording, with the build it came from.
Current articles are also what Fin, Zendesk's AI and Productlane's AI answer from. We make the articles right rather than building another chatbot. More on why stale articles make AI agents answer wrong, and on using Stagewright with Fin Operator.

Fix a script without the repo
In the dashboard, script mode edits a walkthrough's narration in plain language and Propose change sends it to an engineer to approve. Support conversations are grouped into redacted question clusters per feature, so you can see which features people still ask about after the video ships.
